Financial Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Specialist to evaluate and analyze financial performance and business operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including model development, metric tracking, and data-driven decision making.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to drive business scalability.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries is a plus.
