Lead Data Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our business. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to shape strategy, optimize performance, and make a meaningful impact.

About the Role
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of our decision-making process. You will use data to uncover opportunities, influence strategy, and solve problems across all areas of our business. You will be a trusted partner to our senior leaders, helping them make confident, data-backed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support Founders with financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, able to cut through complexity and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL (complex queries, database setup & mapping), and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Commercially minded with a knack for clear documentation and training to support scalable workflows.
