We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing organization in a role that combines data analytics and visualization skills. This candidate must have exceptional English language skills, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support interactive dashboards using various data sources.
  • Recommend dashboard designs based on Tableau visualization features and requirements.
  • Deliver reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
  • Support the resolution of reporting issues escalated by stakeholders.
  • Have 2+ years of professional experience in building dashboards and scorecards using Tableau.
  • Possess hands-on experience with scripting and data source integration.
  • Have a full understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation processes.
Preferred (but not required) experience:
  • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end business intelligence project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
  • Financial services experience is a plus.
Home Office Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
