The Main Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Maintaining and updating product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Enhancing product detail pages with compelling A+ content to boost customer engagement.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Regularly reviewing account health metrics and addressing performance notifications promptly.
  • Submitting, tracking, and resolving cases with Seller Support to address operational issues.
  • Tracking and managing seller feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword analysis to optimize product discoverability and visibility.
  • Downloading and analyzing recurring reports to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Experience in Amazon platform catalog management or a related role (must have).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and Seller Support.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using e-commerce platforms/tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a Hybrid setup in Pasay City.
  • Availability for night-shift schedule.
