Drive organizational success by spearheading the IT knowledge management ecosystem. This strategic leader is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the overall vision, governance, and quality of knowledge articles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, aligning with industry best practices and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and quality standards for knowledge articles, promoting consistency, accessibility, and usability.
  • Design and implement processes for content creation, review, and lifecycle management, driving efficiency and reducing support costs.

This role requires exceptional technical acumen, linguistic proficiency, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of knowledge sharing, capturing collective experience, validating knowledge, and making it accessible to drive business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Service Management, with significant leadership roles in Knowledge Management.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar frontline IT operational role, demonstrating deep understanding of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and daily operational challenges.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. Strong analytical skills are required to interpret data, identify knowledge gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

ITIL v4 Foundation certification is mandatory, while ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification is preferred. KCS v6 Practices certification is also highly desirable.
