Job Summary:

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Buildertrend.

  • Perform job costing and track expenses by project.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
  • Prepare financial reports including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Buildertrend.
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills.
  • Understanding of construction accounting and job costing principles.
  • Experience with estimating processes, bids, or take-offs.
  • Ability to manage payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.
