We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

This is an exceptional opportunity to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy from scratch, driving sales of off-plan villas through targeted online campaigns. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement a bespoke brand identity, generate qualified leads, and build a strong social media presence across key platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project
  • Generate high-quality leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas
  • Create and grow a robust social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Design and manage a monthly content calendar, transforming raw video and photo content into engaging Reels, stories, and posts
  • Establish and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers, leveraging Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Design a structured lead qualification system to filter serious investors and prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space
