IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is a rapidly growing international organization seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Specialist to enhance our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and supporting the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify and reconcile discrepancies by working closely with internal departments and external vendors
  • Prepare and process payments through various methods (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
  • Maintain organized and complete documentation of all transactions

Accounting Expertise:

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, preferably with a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Team Collaboration:

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
