As a Technical Content Developer, your primary role will be to craft informative articles and guides that cater to both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality technical documents such as user manuals, how-to guides, and software notes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising software developers and product specialists to stay abreast of new feature releases
  • Translate complex technical jargon into clear, concise language that is accessible to all
  • Design visual aids including diagrams, screenshots, and flowcharts to enhance the learning experience
  • Organize documentation in a logical and easily navigable manner
  • Verify the accuracy and utility of written instructions through rigorous testing
  • Maintain existing documentation up-to-date and relevant by revising outdated content
Requirements:
  • A minimum Tier III employee status or higher
  • Consistent delivery of work that meets or exceeds quality standards
  • No current disciplinary actions pending
  • A strong record of regular attendance
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing various types of technical documents
  • The ability to engage effectively with engineers to gather necessary information
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar platforms

Bonus points for experience with Bettermode, BrowserStack, Vellum, or foundational knowledge of software development principles.
