Job Overview

Planate Management Group, a leading service provider in the US Department of Defense and federal agencies, seeks an experienced Document Coordinator to manage contract data requirements list deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records.
  • Archive and organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation.
  • Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts.
  • Familiar with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
