Job Title: Laundry Service Professional

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual in all aspects of laundry operation. This includes performing various tasks such as Guest Washer, DryCleaner, Checker, Presser, etc.

The selected candidate will be responsible for relieving all positions whenever needed. Key responsibilities include reporting on time, being neatly dressed, and registering attendance via our system.

  • We expect our team member to coordinate with Housekeeping for occupancy updates and special guest requests.
  • The candidate must collect soiled linens and guest items, ensuring a complete laundry list.
  • They will operate washing machines and dryers, perform rust flushing, and clean equipment regularly.
  • The ideal candidate will sort guest items by fiber, color, and condition; inspect for damage, valuables, and proper care.
  • They must follow safety protocols, including chemical checks, color bleeding tests, and reporting any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have relevant experience as a laundry attendant in the hotel industry. At least 1 year experience in laundry operation is required.
