Job Overview:

The Compliance and Administration Professional will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and release of internal communication and memoranda, maintaining various files and documents of the department, handling DreamCentral, and assisting in the application and processing of employment-related permits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Manager in developing and maintaining the Company's intranet and other online processes.
  • Handle the Company's internal communication and policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and track HR templates.
  • Monitor and apply employment-related permits and licenses.
  • Prepare and disseminate related collaterals and documentation.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Ensure DOLE and PAGCOR compliance and audit.
  • Handle disciplinary cases, including drafting memos and attending administrative hearings.
