Strategic Client Growth Manager

Job Description:The Strategic Client Growth Manager will play a vital role in cultivating client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our clients. This dynamic role requires a strong background in BPO sales, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead the Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our services.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional services and solutions.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Monitor Key Account Metrics: Monitor key account metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to enhance performance.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, specifically within BPO sales.
- Strong Background in Onboarding: Strong background in onboarding clients, demonstrating the ability to streamline processes effectively.
- In-Depth Understanding of BPO Industry: In-depth understanding of the BPO industry, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
