
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Solving complex customer problems and escalating issues when necessary;
- Providing proactive support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty;
Requirements:
- Knowledge or interest in investing in the share market;
- Ability to read financial statements;
- Understanding of financial and/or investment terminologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Results-driven and problem-solving approach;
- Ability to adapt to different situations and priorities;
- Flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule/holidays/weekends;
- Experience with customer support and subscription-based software;
- Experience with payment tools like Stripe;
- 1-year+ experience in a similar role is ideal;
