About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
  • To troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
  • To stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain accurate information about client products and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • An undergraduate degree in any field.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate understanding of customer experience best practices.
