We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global client base and make a real difference in people's lives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients and internal teams. They will also have a strong problem-solving ability and be able to think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
- To troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- To collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
- To stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain accurate information about client products and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
- An undergraduate degree in any field.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Intermediate understanding of customer experience best practices.
