Sales and Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Uwi.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with property developers, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to think creatively to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with property developers, ensuring high levels of client retention and repeat business.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events targeting property developers.
  4. Work together with the Account Management team to evaluate property developers and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Monitor trends, analyze competitor offerings, and develop strategies to differentiate and improve services.
  6. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  7. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements and Skills
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Officer/Manager in a bank/non-bank financial institution (preferably from the branch).
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bisaya.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build rapport and absorb new concepts quickly.
  6. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
