Remote Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking customer service representatives to work on a remote basis as part of our disaster relief efforts. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional solutions to customers, apply the latest customer service techniques, and learn our account management systems.
This is a temporary position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately. They will also have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
The position requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues. Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated, with a strong team orientation and customer focus. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent.
