Disaster Response Customer Support Specialist

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing company seeking agents to work remotely in response to disaster relief efforts.
Candidates will be contacted on an as-needed basis and must complete a full application, including screening questions and a pre-employment assessment.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve their issues promptly
- Leverage technology and process knowledge to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Utilize established service techniques and systems to ensure efficiency and quality
- Escalate complex customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment required.
