Job Description

The Program Development Manager is responsible for creating strategies to optimize partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft channel-initiated promotions and program designs in collaboration with partners.
  • Coordinate with partners to strategize and implement programs across channels.
  • Work with the Brand SPOC on brand-led programs, tailoring them for effective deployment.
  • Support program implementation, handling documentation and cascading information within guidelines.
  • Oversee program execution with support teams, ensuring alignment with partner strategies.
  • Manage and organize programs, maintaining a calendar for all activities.
  • Lead post-analysis of partner programs to identify insights and areas for improvement.
