Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to oversee multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
  • Maintain and update project boards to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
  • Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
