Job Summary: As a dedicated technical support consultant, you will provide top-notch assistance to our customers via calls, chats, and emails. You will be responsible for resolving complex support inquiries while maintaining a working knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve various difficulties with customer inquiries through thorough analysis and problem-solving.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify and resolve even more complex tickets.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of our client's products and services.
  • Handle sensitive customer information securely.
  • Collaborate with developers and other IT departments to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher for spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, Amazon, Azure services, network as a service, and cloud networking is essential.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • Working with engineers on multiple projects.
  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
