Business Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Lead to manage a portfolio of clients, drive growth through strategic guidance and strong relationships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of 30–100 customers, driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Maintain key relationships with executive stakeholders, providing a high-caliber experience and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze user data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive continued value for our products.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven history managing similar-sized client portfolios.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS products.
