Job Title: Child Sponsorship Support Office Engagement CoordinatorAbout This Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting office engagement efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with sponsor engagement teams, gathering requirements, and providing support or training as needed.

Key to your success will be the ability to create compelling communications materials, including playbooks, calendars, field guidance, training materials, and internal newsletters or memos for strategic communications initiatives.

Additionally, you will establish knowledge management standards, monitor team outputs, recommend process improvements, and escalate issues or risks as necessary. You will also provide administrative and operational support to senior team members, contributing to shaping the sponsor experience through clear, impactful content and communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, publishing, marketing, product development, or equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, project management, product, or customer experience development, including people management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English required; additional languages an asset.

This position requires occasional international travel.
