Job Title: Client Services Manager III

At KMC Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager III to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of operations support staff to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate billing reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive added value services and promote a positive work culture.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and service delivery, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in managing large multi-site/multi-skilled contact centers.
