As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Cebu City office.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including human resources, staff administration, office management, and supplier relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, including contracts, leaves, and benefits.
- Assist with performance reviews and employee development.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
