Job Description

This role is for an IT Support Professional focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure and manage digital identities and access to critical resources.
  • Integrate applications, resolve complex access issues, and drive efficiency in IAM processes.
  • Administer, integrate, and support Microsoft Entra ID environment.
  • Serve as escalation point for identity and access issues, manage SSO integrations, and provide expert consultation on Azure IAM services.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Entra ID, SSO and Federation Protocols, proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API, expertise in Azure IAM Services, and experience with identity lifecycle management.

Requirements
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical security and access issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with L1 support, L3 engineering, application owners, and security operations teams.
