Job Title: Senior Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to lead our team in delivering advanced security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in threat analysis and management, with expertise in cloud security, email protection, network defense systems, vulnerability assessment, compliance, incident response, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security, identity threat prevention, dark web monitoring, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detection, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
  • Monitoring and researching evolving security threats, providing detailed analysis for security communication with clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Performing security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.
Requirements for the Position:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Security: Office365, Azure, AWS.
  • Hands-on experience in Email Security Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Network Security devices and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management.
  • Hands-on experience in Compliance, Incident Management, and Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Experience with vendor management and solution alignment.
  • Exceptional documentation skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
  • Experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
  • Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and experience with SOC compliance assessments.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other related certifications are preferred.
