Carda Health is building a revolutionary virtual heart clinic. This innovative project aims to address the low attendance rate in cardiac rehab, which results in complications for patients and significant costs to the healthcare system. Our leading heart clinic allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving care from home.

Our team consists of skilled clinicians, mathematicians, repeat entrepreneurs, engineers, and a recovering financier. We share a common goal: to use technology and data ethically and compassionately to drive positive change.

The company was founded by two friends, Harry and Andrew, who come from a family history of heart disease and have personal experience with cardiac rehab.

This role offers an opportunity to work at a fast-growing start-up that is passionate about expanding access to life-changing therapies. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the prospect of working in a dynamic environment and driving growth across the top-of-funnel marketing function.

As a key member of our small team, you will work collaboratively with members of our leadership team to achieve growth targets. You will own and improve processes to drive growth, serve as an inside sales representative for interested parties, and contribute to cross-functional projects to ensure a delightful patient experience.

Growth Driver Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients who find us through referral or website inquiry.
  • Handle consumer questions and feedback related to enrollment and program participation.
  • Convert patients into enrolled program participants.
  • Navigate financial and subscription plan conversations with patients.
  • Educate patients on insurance enrollment and credentialing procedures.
  • Resolve non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and referring physician offices to refine operational processes.
  • Utilize technology and internal teams to provide accurate information and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to define clinical workflow priorities and identify impactful product changes.
  • Execute strategically important projects, such as care package fulfillment and marketing funnel enhancements.

What We Look For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales B2C roles, with a proven track record of process ownership and scalability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience interacting with remote teams.
  • An inherent growth mindset, with a focus on improving processes and teamwork.
  • Ability to track and report on key performance metrics.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in health-tech or medical office administration.
  • Prior experience using technology tools, including GSuite, ZenDesk, and Slack.
