Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency.

  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams.

  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.

  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations.

  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.

  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English communication—both spoken and written—with a professional, confident tone.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience (remote work preferred).

  • Strong background in construction, home services, or skilled trades industries is required.

  • Comfortable working with tech tools (CRMs, VoIP, scheduling systems).

  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management.

  • Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup.

  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on solutions and customer experience.
