Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for executives
  • Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
  • Handle internal and external communications, presentations, and reports
  • Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities
  • Prepare food and take minutes for office meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Monitor company insurance and vehicle registration & payments
  • Monitor materials related to the board of directors
  • Prepare and assist company events
Requirements
  • College Graduate
  • At least 1 year experience as Admin. Staff
  • Proficient in MS Office
Work Arrangement

We offer a temporary compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Upon regularization, you will be eligible for benefits, including prorated 15-SL & 15-VL, quarterly rice ration, monthly oil ration, hospitalization benefit, dental check-up, funeral benefit, paid training, and yearly performance appraisal.
