Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • System Maintenance: Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems to maintain system functionality.
  • Network Design and Implementation: Help design and implement networks to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Training and Development: Train users on new software and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure they have the skills needed to succeed.
