Email Solutions Specialist

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals in the fast-paced world of email solutions.

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients using leading email marketing platforms.

You will work closely with clients to set up and optimize their email campaigns, ensuring they reach their target audience effectively.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also provide training and documentation to enhance user adoption and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshooting email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educating customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Creating and managing visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  • Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitoring email performance metrics and recommending strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • A strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
