Digital Campaign Strategist

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase traffic, and boost conversions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies that maximize impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events
- Creating engaging email templates using drag-and-drop editors
- Segmenting email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria
- Conducting A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or a similar role
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Proficiency in MailChimp, including list management, campaign creation, and automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
