We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Administrative professional to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to management and line managers, as well as overseeing HR operations.
- Maintaining liaison with law enforcement agencies.
- Preparing and sending administrative and HR-related letters and emails.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Handling sustainable technician/labor compliance issues.
- Providing employee counseling and grievance handling services.
- Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Resolving administrative problems.
3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
Key Skills- General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/Human Resource Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and ready to travel for company-related activities.
- Efficient and quality work delivery.
- Ability to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
MBA (Major HR/MIS) / LLB or any other discipline completed from a reputable university.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
