The role of a B2B Marketing Coordinator is to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for a client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in various software applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and update sales collateral, including fact sheets, proposals, and packages.
- Maintain a centralized asset library with collateral, imagery, and templates.
- Update and optimize websites and landing pages.
- Build and schedule targeted email campaigns.
- Develop seasonal packages (holiday, weddings, retreats).
- Track competitor marketing and provide monthly trend reports.
- Coordinate social media content posting.
- Use AI tools to draft copy, repurpose content, and generate visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance and share key reports.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or design, preferably in the hospitality or events sector.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices.
- Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
