Product Development Lead

The successful Product Manager will lead our team in developing innovative solutions for WordPress and WooCommerce, leveraging their expertise to drive business success. Our ideal candidate is a creative and self-motivated entrepreneur who can think outside the box and bring new ideas to life.

We are looking for someone with experience in WordPress and eCommerce, preferably with knowledge of WooCommerce. The ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English is essential, as well as ample experience in related roles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required.

This is a unique opportunity to join a globally distributed team that values autonomy and impact. As a Product Manager, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world (excluding Antarctica) and enjoy flexible working arrangements, including freelance or employed options. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through speaking with customers, lapsed customers, non-customers, and competitors
  • Ideate on how our products can solve these problems or create new features to achieve the same goal
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life with working prototypes
  • Lead a team of developers to see ideas become reality
Requirements
  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce, with knowledge of WooCommerce
