Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Contingent Contact Center Agents. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for learning and utilizing our account management systems, as well as improving the overall customer experience.

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief efforts. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills; ability to type swiftly and accurately; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset; occasional need to move about the office to accomplish tasks
