About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, gathering and documenting their requirements, and configuring the Strato Solution to meet their needs. Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud-based solutions will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and user testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with international clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Gather and document client requirements through interviews and workshops.
  • Configure the Strato Solution according to client needs and conduct thorough testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and user testing.
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training post-implementation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 - 100,000, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
