Digital Commerce Manager

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores. This role encompasses managing inventory, optimizing listings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and experienced in navigating e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
- Analyze daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience managing e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience managing niche marketplaces or consumer goods industries.
- Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards.
