About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters using email management tools.
  • Work closely with design templates and adapt them in Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics.
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency.
E-commerce Product Support
  • Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes).
  • Write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles.
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products.
Graphic Design & Visual Support
  • Edit product and marketing images in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Repurpose design assets into custom email graphics or product visuals.
  • Assist with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed.
Project Management & Coordination
  • Use project management tools to manage and update daily tasks.
  • Provide consistent status updates (completed work, pending items, blockers).
  • Communicate regularly for updates, questions, or bandwidth concerns.
Digital Marketing Support (As Needed)
  • Light support in social media advertising: upload creatives, prepare drafts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters.
  • Comfortable working with design templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Able to follow brand guidelines and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong experience with e-commerce platforms - uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions.
  • Familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Prior e-commerce or retail industry experience.

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms.
