E-commerce professionals play a crucial role in driving the success of our online business. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, detail-obsessed individual with a strong digital presence and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Platform Management:
    • Oversee all product display pages ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design.
    • Manage homepage, navigation, and seasonal updates to optimize user experience.
    • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions.
    • Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Develop and publish engaging blog content regularly.
    • Collaborate on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics.
    • Track and report on site health, AOV, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
    • Make actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Email & SMS Marketing:
    • Grow revenue through email and SMS marketing by managing and optimizing flows.
    • Own the calendar for regular campaign sends.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Communicate clearly with our development team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates.
    • Act as point person for e-commerce operations within the broader team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands.
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS).
  • Confident with GA, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation.
  • Strong attention to detail and UX understanding.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role, but collaborative in spirit.

  • Have experience with subscription and bundling logic.
  • Know basic Liquid/CSS for Shopify tweaks.
  • Have a passion for skincare or wellness.
