Overview

Data Architect role at a leading organization. This is a remote position that requires collaboration with teams across departments.

The company aims to empower law firms by providing them with the tools and strategies they need to grow their businesses and make a bigger impact in the legal industry.

This is a high-output, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale.

You'll bridge analytics and engineering, working across various systems to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Create and deliver reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms, and embedded Google Sheets.
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and security best practices.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
