Print Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to manage print orders for our online printing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage print orders for online printing services.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their print requirements are met.
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and QuickBooks for order processing and financial tracking.
  • Work with various art programs to prepare and adjust print files as needed.
  • Maintain and organize data related to print orders and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, particularly short-run printing.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with various art programs for print file preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a comfort working with numbers.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing equipment and processes is a plus.
