Lead Quality Assurance Tester

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.

• We are looking for someone who can collaborate with other Leads to provide support and recommendations regarding testing approach impacting other teams
• The ideal candidate should effectively communicate with management and delivery leads
• Candidates should be able to conduct presentations to cross-functional groups on test solutions delivered
• We require someone who can represent technical area and IT on cross-functional enhancements and projects, including coordination and resolution of appropriate issues
• A proven track record in owning the triage process
• Acting as a Regression Coordinator across teams
• Ensuring that IT Principles & Values are followed
• Monitoring Delivery Team metrics and driving improvements
• Driving team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensuring follow-through
• Providing coaching and guidance to junior members to enable them to contribute more effectively
• Providing out-of-hours support as requested for incidents
• Coordinating test efforts with all affected parties, e.g., business stakeholders, other IT teams
• Contributing to Performance Feedback
• Participating in technical analysis and design review sessions
• Leading in bug and metric review meetings for stream

• Actively monitoring and ensuring sufficient test coverage and initiating reviews as required
• Designing test implementation and producing supporting documentation
• Continuously reviewing test approach of the team to identify issues and drive improvements
• Independently leading the complete delivery of multiple projects
• Contributing and performing test coverage reviews
• Organizing regression activity of the team and owning status reporting
• Leading the complete delivery for a large project(s) with minimal support

• Conducting regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals
• Maintaining, updating, and fixing CI Implementation and regularly implementing process improvement in CI Architecture
• Consolidating CI Execution Results and communicating issues to stakeholders
• Engaging in discussions with stakeholders in terms of Automation Coverage and new opportunities for Automation
• Ability to adapt to different test automation technologies and lead proof of concept initiatives
• Able to mentor junior resources on how to implement test automation and sharing best practices
• Contributing to the overall architecture of the automation framework and seeking ways to implement process improvements
• Driving self to become SME for test automation and contributing to the development of other team members
• Conducting regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals

• 5+ years of solid experience in application QA/testing
• 2+ years of QA leadership experience
• SFDC background is a must
• Experience with SFDC test automation tools
• Experience in functional, enterprise-system level testing and a strong desire to learn automated testing tools like Selenium or Provar
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices
• Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Proven record of driving results and engagement, while supporting team objectives
• Expertise in creating, planning, and executing test strategies and test plans to promote quality in all aspects of delivery

• Experience with CI/CD pipelining for deployment (e.g., Bamboo, Jira, Git, Atlassian)
• Hands-on experience with QA tools like Provar and automation frameworks
• Exposure to performance testing and monitoring
