Job Summary:

A Testing Coordinator is sought after to oversee software testing processes from start to finish. The role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update test cases based on testing strategies and project needs
  • Coordinate and manage test runs from initiation to completion
  • Monitor testers and provide feedback, ensuring adherence to testing best practices
  • Conduct issue reviews and maintain updated issue backlogs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks and ensure smooth operations
  • Track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers
  • Support tester onboarding and act as a backup for other Test Leads when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience (mobile platforms a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with QA platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of experience working with or managing freelance testers preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment

This is a remote position open to candidates located in Southeast Asia.
