Job Title: Platform Operations Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Operations Professional to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead across all platforms powering our business.

You will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack from CRM workflows to HR tool integrations that support hiring, onboarding, and sales operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves solving workflow challenges, thrives in no-code/low-code environments, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results.

You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms including CRM/ATS, collaboration & file management, operations & payroll, and build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot user issues, execute system updates or configuration changes, and support recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup.
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms, document platform usage SOPs, and train internal users on new features or tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management, with expertise in Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass, and familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.

They will be a strong problem-solver with a detail-oriented, tech-first mindset, excited to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement, and bonus points for EOS/Traction operations familiarity.
