Implementation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and be tech-savvy and quick learner.

  1. Provide exceptional onboarding experience by building trust with clients and ensuring seamless platform setup.
  2. Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in documentation and workflow execution.
  3. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the implementation process and collaborate with internal teams to align platform setup with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee product implementation and ensure timely platform launches.
  2. Conduct regular client calls to set expectations and review setup progress.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve implementation challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
