Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Site Evaluation and Infrastructure Manager.

About the Role:
  • This position involves strategic evaluation of potential branch sites, lease negotiations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate areas suitable for branch opening, consolidation, or closure based on analyzed economic data about various locations.
  • Negotiate lease terms and pricing on proposed sites in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and endorse branch lease contracts to ensure accurate legal documentation of agreed lease terms and conditions.
  • Develop proposals for new branches, relocations, and consolidations.
  • Verify compliance with banking regulations for branch licensing, operations, and security standards.
  • Coordinate pre-opening activities with Head Office Units.
  • Manage branch openings, relocations, and consolidations.
  • Procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) related to branch expansion, relocation, and renovation.
  • Assist in branch preparation, relocation, and renovation.
  • Oversee site inspections to ensure adherence to standard layout, merchandising, safety, and security standards.
  • Collect security deposits and advance rent when exiting a location.
  • Maintain annual lists of new branches for renovation, relocation, and consolidation projects.
  • Participate in construction meetings.
  • Monitor FFE buffer stocks at branches.
  • Assess, evaluate, and allocate budget for FFE requests according to established policy.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in site evaluation, infrastructure management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
