Job Description:

The Regional Fleet Lead plays a crucial role in securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners, both for current and future requirements.

  • Together with his/her reports, coordinates with the Hub Leads to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.
  • Ensures that area fleet teams achieve their targets in sourcing and onboarding of DPs.
  • Works with agencies to secure agency Delivery Partners (DPs).
  • Follows up on the enrollment of new DPs in FMS, while removing DPs from the FMS account once they have left SPX.
  • Provides regular reports to superiors, as well as non-regular reports as required.
  • Analyzes sourcing and onboarding performance of the fleet team, providing recommendations to address issues or suggest new ideas.
  • Covers other tasks assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
  • Must have at least a 4-year college degree.
  • Work experience in dealing with Employment Agencies for riders and drivers.
  • Experience in HR, specifically in recruitment.
  • Experience in mass sourcing and hiring of personnel.
  • Experience managing a fleet of riders and drivers is advantageous.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity.
