Accounting and Financial Specialist

As a key member of our organization, the Accounting and Financial Specialist will play a vital role in managing multiple books and entities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Record financial transactions for Accounts Payable, obtaining necessary approvals to pay vendors.
- Record sales of goods or services between related and third parties.
- Record real estate purchases and sales using closing statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
- Verify transactions and ledgers.
- Run regular expense reports and distribute them to management.
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating accounting software and understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and full-cycle accounting. They will be responsible for managing multiple books/entities and will grow with the company, eager to learn, and bring passion for their work.
